We offer various services to meet your legal needs.
Unless another appointment is made with you, the work will be carried out on the basis of an agreed rate excluding VAT. We do not charge office costs. You can, however, be faced with disbursements. Disbursements are external costs that we have to incur for your business and that are passed on to you, such as costs for registered mail, court fees, bailiff costs, extracts from the registers of the Chamber of Commerce etc.
It is also possible to agree in advance a fixed amount for handling your case or assignment (a so-called 'fixed fee'). The advantage of this is that you know exactly in advance where you stand. Contact us for an informal conversation.
Legal counsel
If you have legal assistance insurance, then you can make agreements with your insurance and ask whether we can represent your interests and you can take your case into consideration. You must then invoke your right to free choice for legal assistance. If the insurance company gives permission, it will contact us and make arrangements with us about the costs.
